Saturday afternoon, October 23, American Legion Park (City Park). Rural communities once would gather with their families, neighbors, and community to celebrate the harvest and get ready for the long winter to come. Join Westmoreland while we revive the Harvest Festival with games, competitions, food, crafts vendors, farmers' market, crafts for the kids, a chili cook-off, and a street dance! Enter the harvest competitions including cow chip throwing, corn shucking, wheel barrow races, and hay bale tossing.
